Gail is Founder and Director of Margeau’s Free to Be Project.  Former CEO of Leadership Lorain County  and a  social worker with many years of experience in the health care field.  She was recipient of Crains Woman of Note, Lorain County’s highest Difference Makers Award- the Eric Nord Award for excellence in community service and the community leadership preceptor award."


Rick Grahovac
Board Chair

Rick Grahovac is the President/CEO of Common Ground – The Cindy Nord Center for Renewal in Oberlin where he has worked for the past 10 years. He is the former Director of The Center for Body and Spirit at the Mercy Cancer Center in Elyria and prior to that position, he was the Director of The Phoenix Center for Grieving Children where he led the development of the Lorain County School Crisis Counseling Team."


Jane Jonesco
Vice Chair

Jane is currently an independent gift planning consultant and a consultant to nonprofit businesses through MANA Consultants.  She is an attorney who spent 22 years in higher education and health care fundraising. Jane has also served on numerous community boards, including the Lorain County Board of Mental Health, the Oberlin Board of Education, and Blessing House.


Roxanne Kaufman Elliott

Jessica James
Board Member

Jessica James is the Retail Development Manager at indiCo, a subsidiary of the National Association of College Stores. She works with college stores to meet the needs and expectations of the higher education marketplace. Jessica is also health and fitness coach.  Jess is a 2012 graduate of Leadership Lorain County. "


Noelia Nodal
Board Member

Noelia Nodal currently works as the Branch Manager for KeyBank in Elyria, OH, in addition to the Owner/Founder of Stage Right Design & Decor, LLC. She has been with KeyBank since early 2012.  Noelia is from Amherst, is a graduate of Leadership Lorain County (2008), and has served on the Board of Directors for many other organizations such as Leadership Lorain County and Big Brothers Big Sisters.


Susan Poole
Board Member

Susan Poole is the executive director of Community Resource Services (CRS), a non-profit that serves low- to-moderate income individuals in Avon and Avon Lake with basic needs services. She was drawn to the MF2B Project because of its creative programming and critical mission.
